JLo recently started a 10 day “no sugar, no carb” diet challenge (not that she needs it), posting on her Instagram story, her progress at the gym.
The “Second Act” actress is known for keeping her body fabulous over the years, but at what cost? She recently let everyone know that after only three days of her diet and exercise, she was hungry! 😓
Gladly, it’s seems that she has recovered because she posted an image of herself to her Instagram account with the caption, “Day 4 & feeling…… a lil better 🙂 Who’s with me?”
