After months of evading his accusations with a not guilty plea, Daniel Hernandez, more popularly known as rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, pleads guilty to all charges.
According to records obtained by several media outlets, Tekashi came to his decision last week, where he pled guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of firearms offense and racketeering conspiracy, three counts of violent crime in aid of racketeering, three counts of firearms offense and one count of narcotics trafficking.
Sources also revealed earlier today that, due to the severity of his crimes, the Brooklyn-born rapper maybe looking at a minimum of 47 years imprisonment, but is likely to be less due to his cooperation.
If you recall, the 22 year-old rapper initially denied all charges at his first trial in November 2018.
Why the change of heart? We’ll have to wait quite a while to see as the artiste will be sentenced on January 24, 2020.
