26 year-old rapper, Cardi B, is taking the the music game by storm, but she recently revealed that her life has not been all ‘sunshine and rainbows’ since her success.
The rapper was recently featured in the latest issue, and on the cover of Harper Baazar magazine. The issue showcased a fairytale theme, which was contrary to what Cardi B had to say in the article.
Cardi opened up about her struggle with postpartum depression after her pregnancy with her only child, Kulture. She stated that, “When I gave birth, the doctor told me about postpartum, and I was like, Well, I’m doing good right now, I don’t think that’s going to happen.”

Sure enough, it came and the “Money” artist revealed that, “For some reason, I still don’t feel like my body’s the same. I feel like I don’t have my balance right yet. When it comes to heels, I’m not as good at walking in them anymore. I feel like I’m holding a weight on me.”
She even discussed her break up with Migos rapper, Offset, and how he suggested that they go for marriage counseling after his cheating scandal. Still she insisted, “I don’t want to go.There’s no counselor or nothing that could make me change my mind.”
Regardless, Cardi says that she no longer has time to “please people” and will continue to focus on her career and her daughter.
