The ongoing battle between actress, Felicity Huffman, and the justice system seems to finally be over as she enters a guilty plea deal. Huffman was spotted alongside her brother Moore Huffman Jr in the courthouse of Boston, Monday morning, where she supposedly agreed to serve some time in prison for her crime.
We are told that Felicity was given the option of a not guilty plea, that, if she is convicted could serve a maximum of two decades in jail. However, luckily for her, she allegedly took the guilty plea which requires that she serves a total of four months of imprisonment and pays a fine of $20,000.

Sources also claimed that the “Desperate Housewives,” star may have tried to justify her actions by revealing that her daughter has a learning disability. She even at one point broke down in tears saying, “I just didn’t want to create the impression that the neuropsychologist had any involvement because she, like my daughter, didn’t have any knowledge of my actions, of what I had done.”
If you recall, Felicity Huffman, among several other parents have been publicly arrested for their part in the college admissions scandal with their children. The actress allegedly paid at total of $15,000 as a donation to the Key Worldwide Foundation, according to reports, for someone to take the SAT for her daughter to get a better score.
Huffman’s daughter is currently back in high school, as well as her sister, while her husband, William H. Macy, was not seen at today’s hearing. The actress is set to be sentenced in September of this year.
Oh well, I guess that’s the end of that . . . at least for now. 😌😉
