Saoirse Kennedy Hill is dead. Saoirse who was only 22 years old, died from an apparent overdose. She was found at the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts. It is a sad time for the Kennedy family. Unfortunately, this famous American family’s legacy has often been associated with tragedy. What many refer to as, “The Kennedy Curse.”
Saoirse was the granddaughter of Robert F Kennedy. Several media houses are reporting that Saoirse also suffered from depression over the years. She revealed in a 2016 essay for Deerfield Academy’s student newspaper, that she suffered from depression and also admitted her struggle with mental illness would be a life-long battle.

It is alleged that she was found at the home of her grandmother, Ethel Kennedy, wife of the late Robert F Kennedy. Her grandmother said,
“The world is a little less beautiful today. She lit up our lives with her love, her peals of laughter and her generous spirit. Saoirse was passionately moved by the causes of human rights and women’s empowerment and found great joy in volunteer work, working alongside indigenous communities to build schools in Mexico. We will love her and miss her forever.”
We are not certain that Saoirse actually died at the famous Kennedy compound, at Cape Cod, where her famous family, including the late President John F Kennedy and Bob Kennedy, spent there summer vacations. We do know, she was said to be in cardiac arrest by the time the paramedics arrived, and was pronounced dead at hospital.
