Oh my gosh. I am in love. Yes, with a cocktail. I call it my Seattle drink. The real name for the cocktail is “Smokey”. I discovered it at a restaurant called, Inchin’s Bamboo Garden.
If I were to describe this drink, I would say, acidic citrus, fruity, sweet and smoky. I was asked on a scale of 1 to 10, how would I rate it. I would give it a 20 because that is how good it is. I had three glasses👌🏽🙄😎🤩. Do not judge 🤣.
