Here is your Daily Power Note From Basia
The life you want may require letting go of the life you know.

Hey Friends ❤️
Sometimes we say we want a different life, but we are still holding tightly to everything that belongs to the old one.
The same routines.
The same relationships.
The same thinking.
The same fears.
The same habits.
The same version of ourselves.
And then we wonder why nothing changes.
Here is something I have learned:
You cannot always carry your old life into your new one.
Growth often requires release.
You may have to release a friendship that no longer fits.
You may have to walk away from a job that has become too small for your vision.
You may have to stop entertaining habits that keep you comfortable but stagnant.
You may even have to let go of the version of yourself that once helped you survive—but is no longer capable of taking you where you want to go.
And that can be scary.
Because familiar does not always mean good.
Sometimes familiar simply means known.
We stay because we know what to expect.
We stay because starting over feels uncomfortable.
We stay because letting go creates uncertainty.
But what if the uncertainty is exactly where your next chapter begins?
There are times when God cannot place something new in your hands because you are still holding onto what you have already outgrown.
You keep asking for more while refusing to make room for it.
The life you are praying for may require space.
TODAY’S POWER MOVE
Ask yourself:
What am I holding onto simply because it feels familiar?
Then ask a harder question:
Is this helping me become the person I want to be—or keeping me attached to the person I used to be?
You don’t have to change your entire life today.
But you can begin by releasing one thing you already know no longer belongs in your next chapter.
TODAY’S POWER LINE
The life you want may require letting go of the life you know. You cannot step fully into your future while holding tightly to your past.
Make room for what is next.
With love,
Basia ❤️
P.S. Sometimes letting go is not losing. Sometimes it is making space for what you have been asking for.
