Don’t Be Shy About Your Dreams.

Here is your Daily Power Note From Basia.

Too many people are hesitating about their dreams.

They want something badly, but they whisper it.

They play it down.

They shrink the vision.

They wait for validation.

They wait for someone else to say, “Yes, I can see that for you.”

But before anybody else believes in your dream, you have to believe in it first.

You have to buy into your own vision.

You have to be willing to see possibility before there is proof.

Because here is the truth:

People do not usually applaud your imagination. They applaud your results.

They may not understand the idea in the beginning.

They may not see what you see.

They may question the timing.

They may even doubt whether you can pull it off.

But once you deliver, everything changes.

Once the business is working, they understand.

Once the book is published, they understand.

Once the opportunity arrives, they understand.

Once the results show up, they understand.

That is why you cannot build your confidence around other people’s approval.

If you need everybody to believe before you begin, you may never begin.

Your dream requires you to move before the applause.

Before the likes.

Before the praise.

Before the recognition.

Before the evidence.

That is what belief looks like.

But belief by itself is not enough.

Your dream will not chase you.

Your dream will not wake you up.

Your dream will not create the plan.

Your dream will not do the work.

You have to chase it.

And you chase it with discipline.

With consistency.

With repetition.

With focus.

With preparation.

With the willingness to keep going when nobody is clapping yet.

Anybody can be excited for a few days.

Anybody can talk about what they want.

The real question is:

Can you stay committed when the dream is still invisible to everyone else?

Can you work when the results are small?

Can you keep showing up when the progress is slow?

Can you keep believing when the room is quiet?

That is where dreams are built.

Not in the announcement.

In the consistency.

Not in the excitement.

In the discipline.

Not in what you say you are going to do.

In what you actually do.

TODAY’S POWER MOVE

Write down one dream you have been hesitant to fully claim.

Then complete these two sentences:

“I believe this dream is possible because ________.”

“The next disciplined action I will take is ________.”

Then do that action today.

Not when everyone understands.

Not when you feel perfectly ready.

Today.

Don’t be shy about your dreams. Believe in yourself first, then let your consistency introduce the world to what you already knew was possible.
