Hey Friends ❤️
Here is your Daily Power Note From Basia.

Living boldly begins when you stop lying to yourself.
Not necessarily with big lies.
Sometimes it happens quietly.
You tell yourself:
“It’s fine.”
When it is not fine.
You say:
“I don’t really care.”
When you care deeply.
You say:
“Maybe I’m asking for too much.”
When what you are asking for is actually reasonable.
You tell yourself:
“I can tolerate this a little longer.”
When deep down, you already know you have outgrown it.
This is how we slowly become disconnected from our own truth.
We dismiss our feelings.
We minimize our desires.
We negotiate against ourselves.
We make excuses for situations that no longer feel right.
And eventually, we become strangers to our own intuition.
That is why I believe you have to become a safe place for your own truth.
You need to be able to tell yourself the truth without immediately judging it.
Without shrinking it.
Without apologizing for it.
Without trying to make it more convenient for everyone else.
Maybe the truth is:
You are tired.
Maybe the truth is:
You want more.
Maybe the truth is:
You no longer feel fulfilled where you are.
Maybe the truth is:
You need help.
Maybe the truth is:
You want to leave.
Maybe the truth is:
You want to stay and fight for something that matters.
Maybe the truth is simply:
“This life no longer feels like me.”
And sometimes that truth can be uncomfortable.
But discomfort does not make it wrong.
Your feelings are not always instructions, but they are information.
They deserve your attention.
Your desires deserve your honesty.
And what you know deep down deserves to be examined, not automatically dismissed.
Living boldly requires this kind of self-trust.
Because how can you build a life that is aligned with who you are if you keep talking yourself out of what you know?
How can you make confident decisions if every instinct is immediately put on trial?
How can you protect your peace if you keep abandoning your own truth to keep everyone else comfortable?
You cannot live boldly while constantly negotiating against yourself.
At some point, you have to become someone you can trust.
Someone who listens when something feels wrong.
Someone who pays attention when a dream keeps returning.
Someone who does not automatically silence her own needs.
Someone who can say:
“I may not know exactly what I am going to do yet, but I will not pretend I do not know how I feel.”
That is powerful.
You do not have to act on every feeling immediately.
You do not have to make a major decision today.
But you owe yourself honesty.
TODAY’S POWER MOVE
Find five quiet minutes today and ask yourself:
“What truth have I been trying not to admit?”
Do not edit the answer.
Do not judge it.
Write it down exactly as it comes.
Then ask:
“What would honoring this truth look like in a healthy, thoughtful way?”
Maybe it requires a conversation.
A boundary.
A prayer.
A decision.
More information.
Or simply more time.
The first step is not always action.
Sometimes the first step is finally telling yourself the truth.
TODAY’S POWER LINE
Become a safe place for your own truth. You cannot live boldly while constantly abandoning what you know deep down.
Listen to yourself.
Trust yourself.
And stop making your truth compete for your attention.
With love,
Basia ❤️
P.S. You do not have to have every answer today. But you do need to stop pretending you do not know what your heart has already been trying to tell you.
